If you give people a lift on the elevator, you can earn a tower buck 50% of the time, because they tip you. Also, you can find out when your residents birthdays are, and change the date on your I pod or smart phone, to receive one tower buck for celebrating the resident(s) birthday(s). :)
The hurry button will speed up the restocking of an item at the cost of tower bucks.
You currently can't. But in the future, if Zynga lets you, they probably will charge you money for their ingame 'bucks' to do it. If you like playing dream heights, take a look at 'Tiny Tower' which is what Zynga copied exactly. Tiny Tower is free and has more control over the game as well as free 'bucks' as you do mini quests.
Tiny Tower happened in 2011.

Tiny Tower is a game which can be played on iPhones, iPads, and Android devices. It can be downloaded for free in the Apple and Android app stores. The purpose of the game is to add floors and grow your tiny tower. The floors are either residential (apartments) or six types of businesses. "Bitizens," the people in your tower, live in the residential floors and you assign them a job in a commercial floor. Each bitizen prefers different types of work and has one business that is their dream job. The game has its own currencies -- "Tower Bucks" and coins. You earn bucks by operating the elevator, fulling stocking businesses, adding new floors, and placing bitizens in their dream jobs. You can use your bucks to buy faster elevators, to rush restocking and construction, to move bitizens into empty apartments, and to quickly sell or gift merchandise. Coins are earned by selling merchandise at your businesses. The coins are used to buy new floors and restock merchandise. You can buy bucks with real money to accelerate the gameplay and you can also convert bucks to coins. The game also has "missions" which require you to have a combination of two or more businesses in your tower. Completing missions earns you tower bucks.
Bitizens can't date in Tiny Tower.
You can go to the bank and trade in your bucks for money in the menu. If you want bucks, then you can go to the get bux in the menu(you will have to buy it with real money). I don't think you can buy money with real money, but only trade it in. Or you can go into settings then scroll down and then you see a Date and time. Tap that and then turn the auto-time or whatever and you can fast foward your time for tiny tower and you can get free coins instantly. It works for Dragonvale as well for your coloseum.
You can't have 2 separate accounts on tiny tower.
mario!
If I'm not wrong, a mapple genius is for people who work in the mapple store. A mapple store is like apple where you get your iPhones stuff but in tiny tower, they added a 'm' in front. So it's like iPhone- myphone iPod - mypod Apple store - Mapple store There is a retail in tiny towers called Mapple Store. So if you have that, the mapple genius costume can be used for the people working in that store. Hope my answer helps :)

Unfortunately, you cannot change a Bitizen's birthday in Tiny Tower. The birthday that a Bitizen has when they move into your tower is the birthday they will keep throughout their stay.
