How do you get r2d2 to dance?

Well there are many answers, but you should be fit to dance. Now i don't mean if you have short legs and your not flexible you cant dance but you have to be ready and prepared. Depending on what tip of dance your doing it will vary.

Ballet: Not everyone is built for ballet! Ballet will help to make your dancing better but you don't need to take classes. If you are really serious about dancing then ballet would be asked upon. Usually people say if your not flexible you cant do this tip of dance BUT if you put in the effort, technique wins every time. You should stretch a lot and listen to your instructors.

Jazz: This to me is one of the easiest dance styles to learn. If you can kick and do a turn your set but you still need technique and effort. Don't think because I said its easy to learn you don't need to pay attention!

Lyrical+Modern: In order to do modern you would want to take ballet jazz and lyrical. And in lyrical you would want to take ballet and jazz. I KNOW that lyrical and modern are not the same (for the people who know the different dance styles) but i am putting them together. Lyrical is a mix between jazz and ballet and a mix in tempo. I personally enjoy lyrical a lot because it is flowy and very beautiful. Modern is a more up-beat dance and usually follows a rhythm . A lot of times a drum beat. It can be preformed as a scary or pretty dance. If you go on YouTube you can look at different modern dancers and understand what I mean. In these classes you should be flexible (depends on instructor) and be ready to get hurt a lot!

Tap: Tap is one of the most challenging dances to learn. It is very fast and can be challenging to get just the right amount of sounds into the step! This is not for everyone!
