∙ 8y agofirst you have to go to goldenrod city once you defeat the seventh gym leader.once you go there defeat all the people you can,if you get to the room with switches do pull them in this order:red blue green.if it works it should open the door at the bottom right of the screen.if it doesn't talk to the guy at the top right.once you get past battle the person blocking.at some point you will find the director.it's not aqctually the director it's.....................a partner of team rocket.if you want the basement key you need to beat him.go to the basement where the director is.once you have reached him through team rocket,talk to him.he'll say something about the operater's room.once you get there there will be a man,make sure you save before battle.these are the Pokemon he has:houndour,houndoom,and a different Pokemon.if you beat him the director(the aqctual one)will go to you.he will thank you,he will come to you three times.then he will give you the rainbow wing. !

∙ 12y agoto get the rainbow wing if you get heard gold just follow the story lin and you will get it and and the same for soul for the silver wing but to get opposite wing of the rainbow or silver wing when you get to kento and get to viderain city there is a guy nect to the poke center and he will give it to you anf ho-oh or lugia will be at lvl 70

∙ 11y agoAfter you captured Entei, Raikou, and Suicune, go to Celadon City and talk to Eusine in the Pokemon Center. Then go talk to the Wis Trio member in Tin Tower and he'll give you the Rainbow Wing.
