Entei, Raiku, Suicune: Pretty much for the entire game they have been teleporting all over the region. Get alot of Max Repels and a pokemon between lvl 30-40 and go to route 2 and walk around for a bit but make sure to go in and out of the building for Entei, Raiku, or Suicune can teleport to a new area.
