You can get Rare items alot of ways... i dont know what kind of rare items you mean but you can get rare items from monster drops, but you will need to be a member if you want anything REALLY rare. rg if you kill alot of steel dragons you might get some dragon platelegs/plateskirts or (i think the drop rate is 1-1001) a draconic visage. you can also buy rare items. if you save up your money and get a fair bit of it you could buy a pumpkin which was released in 2001 or a partyhat which cost alot.
Mm.... kinda obvious. Only way to get free rare items is if you were there during that time.
Corrupt dragon items can only be obtained by buying them or by rare pvp drops.
The only items that can become rare in runescape are ones that get discontinued. If you can get ahold of some P hats, Halloween masks, or Santa Hats, as they continue to disappear, their value will continue going up too.
Of course not. If there were such a thing, rare items wouldn't be purchased for millions of coins.
There are 21 saradimin items on RuneScape.
No.
Since the Bandos items are tradeable, the easiest way to get them is to buy them at the Grand Exchange. Since they are rare drops, it is difficult to get through combat. That's the reason they are so expensive.
The best items in RuneScape are Partyhats, Divine and Elysian Spirit Shields, and Christmas Crackers Moneywise.
Rare items are expensive because people need to spend their rare items, too.
There is no way to clone items on Runescape, this was however a commonly used scam to get players to give them items to supposedly clone, but they don't get cloned.
While on RuneScape PVP worlds, if you die, you only lose the items you are carrying, not those in your bank, never in RuneScape will a death directly affect your banked items.
Never. Jagex announced they won't ever make holiday items trade-able. Jagex simply doesn't like how rare items mess with the economy, so they decided not to introduce anymore.
