i heard that you get them from a rare store. sometimes this might happen like when you click a shop then it will say something very weird and you see lots of rares, but don't click anything just click the arrow and then you will see some awesome rares and you will find the necklace but i am not very sure i just heard it from a friend so sometimes it might not work.
