I believe you have to catch all of the Pokemon in the game, then you get regice, regirock, and registeel and go to Hippowdon Temple. In one of the puzzle rooms should be a spiral thing in the ground and you go get to that. When you get there, you place regirock, regice, and registeel on these platforms and a door will open and you can go in and that is where regigigas is.
