You can catch Reshiram in Pokémon Black after you defeat the Elite 4 however you'll need the Light Stone before you go there and you can get the Light Stone from Lenora after beating Skyla, the Icirrus City Gym Leader and then finding Alder in the Relic Castle. After defeating the 4 members of the Elite 4, you'll go to Alder's area where you'll find he is at and N of Team Plasma is there too. You'll have to go into N's Castle in order to confront N however before you do the Light Stone will activate and it'll turn into Reshiram and then you'll be able to interact with Reshiram in order to attempt to catch it, you are forced into catching it, you will not be permitted to continue until you catch it or until you have a maximum party and all of your PC Boxes full.
