its hard. first, you have to beat the elite four 56 times exactly, then get all the hoenn Pokemon possible, not including legendary Pokemon. then, go to the battle frontier, and click on the sudowoodo, the shaking tree, 100 times. then fly back to littleroot, and talk to your mom 14 times exactly. then go to mt pyre. and talk to the old lady 6 times. she will give you a secret TM called find. teach it to relicanth. then go to meteor falls. go battle the old couple 3 times, (easily found if you know waterfall) then lastly, use find on the purple gooey stuff. then you will automatically fly to mossdeep outside the space center. ricu will be next to the rocket in the back. it takes a long time, but i did it. (took me 14 hours straight, (from beating tate and liza.) if u really want it, follow these steps exactly!!!!! BE CAREFUL!!!! IF YOU DO IT OUT OF ORDER, UR ENTIRE GAME WILL ERASE!!!!!!!
