Use your normal Anti Virus Prog and remove the virus from all infected files. If it remains after rebooting and you get a Popup stating you still have a virus.
If it is in C:\System Volume Information\-restore
In that case disable System Restore. Reboot and re-enable System Restore
This is done by right clicking on the My Computer Icon in the startup Menu and picking properties then pick the System Restore tab, check the turn off system restore click Apply. Shut down and then reboot. The virus is hiding in the system restore. Once it is shut off and rebooted the virus should be gone.
