It doesn't form just because u bite on it it also forms when the weather changes from cold to hot or hot to cold the only way u can get rid of it is by putting lemon on it so the lemon juice can burn it and clear it another way is to put ice on it or heat and in a few days it will come of

Well, one is just stop biting it. That's the hardest way. Another way is to put lip balm, Petroleum Jelly, or Lip gloss, lip stick on your lips, this will moisturize the lips so they can heal. If the you keep biting your lips, things can get more severe, you might get lip cancer.
