DarkMan is located in Secret Area 1 and is available only after Alpha has been defeated. You may need the hammer from Undernet 7 to reach his door; if not, it's still a pretty handy item to have. To open his door, you will need 140 standard chips, whether you like that or not, so get jiggy with it.

Shadow Fire? No idea why you'd want that, but to get Shadow, use an Invis or Mole chip EVERY SINGLE BATTLE. As for Fire, just cross your fingers. It's ENTIRELY random. Using fire chips will NOT make you get a fire style.
