It creates scar tissue and nodules on your vocal cords. It is something that I would not want to have.

∙ 15y agowhen you whisper or scream your vocal chords rub together, and that makes them raspy. If your throat is raspy try to fix it by putting honey sticks in water and mixing them around. Or just have it plain. And talk low, don't whisper!
