The same way you get rid of any fat- eat right and exercise. You can't specifically target your armpits. You'll lose fat from your entire body, some of which will be from your armpit areas. If you feel you have a disproportionate amount of fat in your armpits, you could consider Liposuction- though it's expensive and chances are you'll eventually gain it all back.
You cannot spot reduce. Fat loss works the same way as fat gain. When the body stores something as fat, it distributes it over the entire body. When someone loses weight, it may appear that they lose more from some specific areas while other areas keep the fat deposits longer, which is completely natural. The only ways to "get rid" of fat in a specific area is to either lose weight (from everywhere) and use weight training to tone the muscles in specific and related ares, or to get surgery.
