For blackheads,
you can put on some alchol with a cotton ball and wipe it over your face to get rid of some of the dirt(The yellow stuff). The if you squeeze them and some comes out just put your face over some boiling water for a few minutes, try the alchol again and squeeze them. Do it over a few times and they should be gone.
But I don't have zits so I answered the wrong question... (I heard about windex from my friends that it gets them off but I don't know...)

There's this tool from Revlon, that has a narrow and wide side for zits, and it will pop them. I know, it will hurt, but it's worth it.
