Green you have and infection and really need to clean the piercing with soap and water daily to resolve the issue. Tea bags and woo woo magic is a waste of time wash the piercing in the shower with anti bacterial soap and rinse with lots of warm running water. The discharge will ease once you start staying on top of your piercing hygiene.

∙ 13y agoTea tree oil. You can find it at Walmart, target, or any drugstore. Use a qtip and massage a tiny bit onto the bumps. DO it after you clean your piercing no more than twice a day or you'll dry out the piercing. You can just leave it on there until you clean it again. The bumps will start to flake off in layers until its gone.

I don't remember having a problem with it but I don't pay that much attention to my nose either so the answer to you're question is probably no, just to be on the safe side. For all we know it could cause nose cancer.
