You let them heal - leave them alone, don't pick at them and don't pop the blister or peel the edges. When the skin underneath is sufficiently healed, the blister will pop on its own and the damaged skin will shed off naturally.

If you have severe burns that go deeper than the upper levels of the skin, you need to see a doctor for treatment so the skin doesn't scar (or doesn't scar as badly).

How do you get rid of carbon dioxide burns?

The only "carbon dioxide burns" I am familiar with are those from handling dry ice. As such they are equivalent to "frostbite", i.e. they are a result of freezing tissue. They should be treated like frostbite. Very mild "burns" can be treated by gently warming the affected area and then bandaging it. More severe "burns" need a doctor's attention.

How do you get rid of burns from a hair straightner?

Burns on Hair: Since hair is dead, you really can't do much depending on the burn. You will most likely have to let it grow out and cut it. Burns on skin: My best friend burned her wrist and still has a mark from it, and she burned it 2 years ago. I suggest aloe when you first burn it, unless it is really bad, then you should see a doctor. But I hope you are more careful than that! :) Obviously, you can't get rid of your skin, unless the skin peels away, or you can use a scar-removing cream.
