you could use headrine, its a treatment, after two days comb through keep doing thins till the weeks over then a another treatment keep repeating and they will soon go.

use olive oil. put some in your hair then put on a hat a fluffy one would be best. leave it for a while. after a while just take the hat off and see for yourself. just wipe them all off or just throw it away. now every 2 days or so do this. it should not take long as the oil is very very slippery then they slip off and stick to the hat so don't keep the ht on too long.
