Work for it! It's all about your attitude. Set a goal, then work for it. Once yo make it to your goal, reward yourself.
If I may add to the work/reward concept***Specifically, you need to start by doing little things that you can see an immediate result from. For example, if you see that your setting your used plates in the sink, instead put them into the dishwasher immediately, OR wash them by hand and put them away. You go a step further and you actually scrub out the kitchen sink. Having a clean sink that looks nice and is more sanitary will be an instantly gratifying "reward" for you. Not every chore deserves an actual tangible reward, as they are things that you should be doing.
But, if you are admittedly lazy, you will find that once you start seeing results from the small efforts that you make, you will embark on more tasks and you will become somewhat addicted to seeing results or having the feeling of accomplishment that you were missing out on previously.
For the truly lazy, you have to take baby steps, but by choosing to do practical things first, you will find that eventually you will be more able to mentally and physically tackle the more profoundly interesting activities such as taking classes for a field or hobby of interest, hiking 6 miles of beautiful wilderness, or volunteering to help disabled people do the things that you take for granted right now.
If you care enough to ask, if you are motivated enough to ask the question, you have already made one very big step in the direction you need to be going. Good for you!
