i tried manual method and i am not a pro. It kept coming back. Safer (so far!) to use malawarbytes,,,,download fron cnet.com and let it rip !

Oooh, I got a nasty virus that did that. It went by many names, but the form it appeared in to me was "Win7 Home Security 2012". It also goes by names such as "WinXP Home Security 2012", "WinVista Home Security 2012", et cetera, depending upon your operating system. I'm sure it's not the only virus that does this, but the nasty booger invaded my real security program, and told me that my security was infected, and to get rid of it. So, er, yeah. Security Tool is actually a virus that is posing as a legitimate computer security program. If you get a pop up telling you that you have infections and that you need to purchase some software to get rid of them this is a scam and you should not click on the link or your computer will be infected. If you do not have legitimate and current anti-virus software running you may risk a crash of your system and loss of files.
Try doing a factory restore on your computer to reset it back to it's original factory settings. You will loose everything, but it will get rid of the virus.
