If you are referring to an audio sample specifically designed to run in FL Slicer, then you can not remove the slices, but you can rearrange them to work in your favor. In FL Slicer, you can load in any audio sample and slice it up any way you see fit in the piano roll, but the actual sound file contains no marker data that will effect anything except for the looping properties in FL and you can edit that too or disable it completely.
