I'm not sure if this may help. But you should give it a try...My mom has a large amount of freckles all around her cheeks and with the sun, her freckles turned into dark spots all along where her freckles use to be. My Aunt gave her a remedy which is a mixture of sugar and a gel called retin-A u mix it together and massage it throughout your problem areas like an exfoliant. leave it there for about 5-10 minutes then wash it off. Results aren't going to appear rite away but in time the spot marks should come off.
