Ringworm is a fungus. To get rid of it, you need to use a fungal topical medicine. Over the counter fungicides are available at any pharmacy or in the athlete's foot section of many department stores. To use it, just spread it on the ringworm according to the directions on the label. It takes a few days to get totally rid of it.
See a doctor. You'll almost certainly need to see one for the ringworm anyway, and they can have a look at the wart at the same time.
