try pulling it up if its on the bottom row or down if its on the top.
pull it in one direction for 10 seconds then go the other way for 10 seconds. also chew on a piece of ice every 15 minutes. try biting into an apple. be paitent and try asking your parent or a friend to pull it out. as scary as it sounds you will be happy in the end. and if its loose for more than a week then tell a dentist to pull it out for you. Good luck with your tooth. (if it helps mine is loose too!)
