Yes, there are vehicles in the Rune Factory universe. A section of the world called the Sech Empire (called the Zzyzx in RFF) has more advanced technology then the places where you live when playing the game. The Sech Empire has tanks and train like vehicles, but those rarely seen in the actual games. Currently those vehicles only appeared in Rune Factory 1. Boats and airships have also been seen in the Rune Factory universe.
