Get sisal from airplane island (The 2nd one) and go back to your first island to your crafting bench. Go on Special Items whatever it is then press the thing that kind of look like a pretzel A.K.A Rope. It's the same as building eveyrthing else but for rope you need 5 sisal to build 1 rope.
