By using a pink based lip and cheek stain, or a pink blusher, or by doing energetic exercise, or eating spicy food, or drinking wine (works for some people).
I personally find that the cheek/lip stain works best and is the easiest route. I hear that the one by "Benefit" works well, but I have not tried it out personally.
