Do gertrude's cat quest, and get a cat. Then start Recipe For Disaster quest and start the Evil Dave mini-quest. Go to the basement in his mom's house (which is in Edgville) and use your cat to catch some hellmice. You only need to catch a few.

∙ 12y agoyou need to have a cat or kitten or even wily cat and start the recipe for disaster quest. do the evil Dave portion of the quest and when your cat eats enough hell mice it becomes a hell cat or kitten =] enjoy ur little red demon

∙ 14y agoto get a cat you need to be a member and have completed the getrutes cat quest. also if you are planning on doing the quest you will need tuna and milk and doogle leaves which is behind the quest start.

∙ 11y agoIt depends on the ageof your pet cat. Adult cats tend to have a better success rate of catching the hellrats than a kitten, but it's possible with a kitten with patience and persistence. Additionally, it also depends on whether or not you've completed the mandatory quests (Gertrude's Cat and Shadow of the Storm) to own and train a cat.
