How do you get rune stuff such as scimitar and full helm in runescape f2p I kill cockroach soldiers and greater demons but all i greally get that's good is rune full helm from greater demons?

I went to kill cockroach soldiers several times; on average, I might get one rune scimitar every two trips or so. A "trip" is going to the cockroach soldiers and fighting them until my food runs out. Just keep trying. However, this isn't very profitable.
The best way to get rune items is to either buy them from other players, in the grand exchange, or through NPC's. There are NPC's selling rune items in the Champion's guild and in Edgeville as well (his name's Oziach).

Also, it is more likely for males to have aspergers than females, the diagnosis rate for boys is 7 times higher than women: people have argued this has something to do with genetics, for example, male genes are more similar to the gentic setup of someone with aspergers than a woman's, thus creating men to be more of an autistic nature. other's will say it's part of a woman's genetic setup to act as they do not have asperger's or appear that way, although they are autistic. so far there is only evidence and theories, not proof. jatgm - i happen to have aspergers, honestly its just somthing you have to compensate for. if you have it you probly dont even know it, i didnt untill recently i didnt know, i used a mathmatical formula to determine what to say in a conversation because i am socially challenged and a gps to go places because i have extremely poor directional skills. both worked poorly and were noticeable but it was undiagnosed until under a year ago, im 18 currently.
