Regigias does not have a forme (yes its how Nintendo spells it) Howeve,r if your talking about shaymin, then first you need Pokemon Platinum Version (coming in march so you can't get it yet), second, you must have obtained a shaymin from Toys'R'Us (event ending soon!!!) on your Diamond or Peral. Next you should trade the shaymin from DP to Platinum. You then have to go to Floaroma town and a girl will give you the gracedia flower, use it on shaymin (as long as its not night or frozen, or it won't work, or shaymin will revert back if one of the above conditions are met) and boom, you have shaymin sky forme. Again Regigias does not have a form. In order to get Regigias you need all the Regis (Regice, Registeel, and Regirock) and go to the snowpoint temple. Catch it and you get it.
