you cant really get one that easily. You can catch the shiny gyrados in the lake of rage, but apart from that its almost impossible. I came across a shiny dugtrio, it didn't have any thing special to it, apart from its colour. All I can say is that you probably wont expect to come across one, and the good news is that they are not any harder to catch than the original. Good luck!
