well, its 1% of the time you run into a shiny pokemon, or 1/8745, but if you try the mausa method, (aka, breed a pokemon from a diffrent contident and breed your english or american or whatever one,) its 1/1754 in other games but im black its 1/1592. or you can try breeding your shiny pokemon with a regualr one, it has a better chance! ( i got my shiny female litwik in the tower thing, and im willing to trade it if you offer me something cool like a tepig, i already have a samurott and a serperior, dont bother sending me a snivy or oshawott, or sednd me a pichu , pikachu , riachu, or a pluslte or a minun.) or if you get a new game, and pick a starter pokemon, its regular right? well save it before you pick it and pick a pokemon. turn off your game, then repeat. the 50th time, you get a shiny pokemon! BONUS: if you want to get a pokemon to lvl 100 the fastest, but don't know how? well, put your pokemons in the daycare, (1 step, 1 exp point) and go to nimbasa city. go to the battle subway thingy and put books/ tape on it the whole night. (my pokemons raised 37 lvls.) dont forget to put in the charger so the ds doesnt die!

Let's assume, for a moment, that you'd like a shiny Druddigon. For every 8745 of them, there is ALWAYS going to be 1 shiny. Now, assuming you want a shiny Druddigon with the virus.
