You can do one of two things:
If both are recent, and both desktops, it would be easiest to simply swap the hard drive. You get TS2 and all of your other data.
IF they are many years apart, or are laptops, simply install the sims 2 on the new computer, copy the My Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2 folder from your old computer to the same place on your new computer, then uninstall from your old computer. Be sure to install TS2 first, then replace the folder in documents. Good Luck!
The sims 2 for computers
all computers need the sime 2 to run any of the expansion packs, including open for business.
YES! They do! It was ported by Aspyr. You can buy it from their website, Aspyr.com
You should use the official sims 2 exchange website.
Well you should be able to. You need the original sims 2 first to play, so i am guessing if the sims 2 game works on your computer, you should be able to play the sims 2 open for business. But before you go and buy it, I would make sure that you have enough space and stuff to play, just in case your computer can't take sims 2 the expansion packs and mess up your computer. Because the Sims 2 and all the exampion packs are very heavy on computers.
