In Pokémon Mysery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team, there is no way to evolve Slowbro into Slowking since Slowbro is not capable of evolving into Slowking, both Slowbro and Slowking are the final evolutions of Slowpoke however in order to evolve Slowpoke into Slowking then you will need to have the Link Cable and the King's Rock items in your bag and then you will need to head to the Lumnious Cave in order to start the evolution process.
