There are ways of getting smaller breasts without the use of annoying expensive products or even more expensive surgery. An easy way is to start a daily routine of exercise. Get a treadmill or just go running. Running and general exercise will reduce the size of your breasts and will also keep you in shape as well as losing some weight, exercise is the one of the most important parts of anyone's life, which is why it is so beneficial and has virtually no down side.
Edit: Swimming works just as well if not better, swimming works out every muscle in your body almost and will provide fine results.
