Put an odd keystone (found by digging, or from a blackbelt located west of Hearthrome City) into the Hollowed tower (Route 209, looks like a pile of rocks with a hole in it). Then go to the underground and talk to other players 32 times. Return to the tower and Spirtomb will be there.you can also get a keystone by surf ing in twinleaf town water and click thru every gap in the trees
