haha..i found myself asking the same question. i took a face cleanser called purity made by philosophy and simply washed my face. it usually works, but o ther times i have to take the tip of my index finger and gently rub the sparkles off.
You take a clean rag and spray WD40 on a corner of it then dab the corner of the rag with the WD40 on the paint on your face...it should take it right off but dont get it near your eyes!

It beads up and doesn't dry. It you touch it it will wipe off. It may leave a faint stain, but it won't show up strongly. If you put wax on spray paint then it will make it hard to remove the spray paint and it will also make the spray paint look glossier.

DON"T try to scratch it off ! Use basic paint thinner and you may get it off without any scratching.
