To get Sprocket, go past Sully's to the Living Quarters. Hop on the platform of the dangling arm and lower it to the ground. Now you can climb to the door above, where you will find a Robot Crab. Jump on top of it to claim it, and Sully's Key which was attached. Go right and use the Steam Generator to unlock Sully's door (set for minus 5). Collect the rubber mallet from the left side, and ring the bell on the counter to wake up Sprocket (click him and he will silently follow).
*Before returning to the Hub, get the Vine from the roof of the building left of the Living Quarters.
