To get Fire Stone, talk with the boy which have Tangela near you meet strange tree (Utsoki or Sudowoddo), get his phone number
To get Thunder Stone, go to left from gym ghost type near Miltank farm which have Merip-Amtaros and Psyduck, get her phone number!
