well you go to cianwood city first then go north near the cave until you see a house the you should see suicune talk to it then it will run. next you will see eusine battle him and beat him. next go to mt mortar and surf over 2 times and go west. then you will see suicune again. cut the tree and talk to it .same drill as before.{battle eusine}. then you have to beat the game and go to vermillion city in kanto. go near the place where snorlax is then go back west to the bridge and youll see suicune again. go near it and again same drill. next go to route 16 and beat the trainers youll see it again where it will run for the last time. next go to cerulean city cross the bridge[the golden one] next go to bills house and go to the ledge and eusine will show up and say go ahead catch it. save and enjoy with your new suicune.
