This happened to me and I was told you can soak your hands in warm soapy water and try and rub/peel it off. You can also use nail polish remover but it has to contain acetone. Another thing, although I'm not sure it works, is by using margarine or oil to rub/peel it off.

that's a way to remove blisters, once you get superglue on it, and peel it off, your blister is gone
