The following is applicable to android tablets:
If it's still on:
- Alternate trying to charge it with its USB charger on a laptop and its wall charger
- Switch it off and try the same as above
If it's off
- Again, alternate trying to charge it with its USB charger and its wall charger
If none of these work, then the problem might be with the device or the battery itself. It would be advisable to return it to the store where you bought it especially if its still within its warantee period or alternatively, your nearest cellphone/tablet repair shop.
