Pull the tape slowly while heating it with a hair dryer. If there is any residue left, rub it with Goof Off on a soft cloth. -I have recently tested Goof Off on 3 different makes of recent cars and it does nothing to the paint. -Try it on a hard to see part to re-assure yourself first.
