terminal is included with Mac OS X. It is located in applications/utilities folder, you can search in spotlight(The magnifying glass in the top right-hand corner of the screen) if you want to access it quicker.

PS It's really tricky to use so if you don't know how to figure out the coding stuff I suggest you just look it up on the internet and paste it in. (THat's what I do)
To spoof the MAC address on a Mac use the ifconfig command in the Terminal.
The Mac already has it, it's called Terminal. Applications/ Utlities/ Terminal. And no you cannot install a Windows application into a Mac OS.

Well, if you have a mac, which alot of the kids that have safeeyes on their computers do, there is a program on mac called "Terminal", search it in spotlight, look up on Google how to uninstall a program with terminal, you should then find a result on Google that has terminal code on it, replace the program name with safeeyes.app You should catch on from there ;)

The Mac OS X Parental Controls section of System Preferences allows for the blocking of access to certain applications. Terminal would be a good choice to block if the owner did not want their computer messed with.
