Simple. Install any version of AVG (free or otherwise). You will have the option of installing the AVG toolbar the next time you launch Firefox (if it's your default browser).
Yes it does, as i was using firefox without the toolbar the other day and AVG bloacked the attack. AVG's Resident Shield is a powerfull tool that always monitors your computer for malicious content, if it recognizes anything, no matter what browser, it will notify you.
According to the AVG website, AVG is compatible with the IE, Firefox, and Google browsers.
To put toolbar on Firefox go to View-> Toolbars and click on the desired toolbar.
Simply drag the tab on to the toolbar.
unfortunately avg 2011 does not support safari 5 maybe the next upgrade of avg will support it.
Drag the tab on to the toolbar and it should appear there.
If the Windows 7 Searchqu Toolbar isn't in the Program Files, go to "Control Panel" and click on "Uninstall a Program", then click on Brothersoft Extreme Toolbar, uninstall it, next, uninstall Mozilla Firefox 5.0.1 (in the language you downloaded it in), after this, reinstall Mozilla Firefox first, then Brothersoft Extreme Toolbar, and the Searchqu Toolbar will be uninstalled and gone away for good.
i would recommend that you donwload the avg side toolbar. or mcafee site advisor.. i would recommend that you donwload the avg side toolbar. or mcafee site advisor..
yes
You must have Firefox or Internet Explorer. Then when you install AVG 8.0 there should be something that says, "Would you like to install the AVG toolbar?" Select yes then continue. After that there should be something where you select the things you want installed. Check off Link Scanner and Web Shield. This is from Dielan44. Go to my youtube homepage. I have a video on AVG internet security!
Firefox does not have an official toolbar. You might be referring to the Mozilla Firefox browser. Mozilla Firefox is a web browser used to navigate trough pages, just like Google Chrome or Internet Explorer.
Okay, I found a solution myself. Install the Firefox Add-on Compatibility Reporter (the link can be found below), and then just install the toolbar like normal.
