∙ 12y agoin the Kanto region you have to save the Power Plant by going there.when you are about to leave the officer talks about a rocket grunt in Cerulean City. He is hiding in Misty's gym. After he runs cross the bridge on the way to bill A.K.A. on the north of cerulean after you beat him go back to the gym and in the middle of the water you will find a mechanical part to save the Power Plant çits gana be hard to find it. The Manager will give you T.M. 57 (Zap Cannon). After that, go to Lavender Town, and go in the Radio Tower, and talk to the the old guy in the brown suit and he will give you the EXPN card which wakes up the 2 sleeping Snorlax on Vermilion City and Celadon City.
