How do you get the Phoenix in Grand Theft Auto San Andreas?

The Phoenix is more difficult to find on GTA San Andreas:

• During the mission to regain Madd Dogg's house, Big Poppa will try and escape in a Phoenix. If you can stop him to complete the mission, but keep the car intact and take it back to one of the safehouse garages, then you will at least have that one available for CJ. It is hard though, because the car tends to get a lot of damage during the chase.
• Sometimes the Phoenix can be found being driven around rich districts in the cities, like Prickle Pine in Las Venturas, Richman in Los Santos and Carlton Heights in San Fierro.
• The Phoenix can also be found if CJ enters the San Fierro Hills street racing, at the chequered flag behind Wang Cars. Keep the car in a safehouse garage to retain it, rather than race it.
