you could only get victini from march 6th till aprill 1st i think and you needed a liberty pass and if you have that pass than you go to castella city (spelt wrong) than you go all the way to the left and you go in too the road and it will lead you to a road that has a lady and i think an old guy there and the lady is the person that will take you to liberty gardens only if you got liberty pass.
