First of all u get the silver gauntlets in the spirit temple as a kid but there too big 4 u so u can only use them as an adult . and u get the gold gauntlets in gannons tower by goin to the shadow temple room and going across the room turn around and shoot the torch that u had to at the begining of the room turn around and run like hell and to ur right look off the ledge and a switch step on it then a big chest will appear hookshot on it then open ur chest and theres ur gauntlets then after that go outside the castle and go across the rainbow bridge go to ur left follow the road to a dead end then youll see a big rock at the very end pick it up the go inside the cave u just opened up and claim ur prize from the fairies and the white outline around ur hearts it increases ur defense
