∙ 12y agoFirst go to the underground in order hit switch 1 2 3 or 3 2 1 thengo down and battle 2
rocket people DON'T go up stairs on the way Finally talk to him he should give you a card key go to the radio tower go to 3 or 2 floor battle three or four trainers director will come and give you a silver wing I did that today and it worked.

Goldenrod city is where the underground is.
